Most women have cellulites. It looks like orange peel, located at the stomach, hip, and bottom. I also have cellulite on my thighs, sometimes I feel not comfortable and less confidence wearing swim suit. I haven’t pregnant and giving birth yet. I wonder, what will my skin around my hips, my thighs and my stomach look like? Oh, that’s horrible.

Than I try to control my diet.

STEP 1 Loss My Weight

So, be careful, even you’re not overweight, you should keep your body shape normal. If you have excessive fat on the thigh, get more exercise on that area. Your trainer will show you the movement.

1. High sugar food

3. Caffeine
