You have to train your mind to ENJOY sticking to your plan. Whatever healthy plan you choose, it is likely that you are going to have to :
  1. Eat fewer high-sugar or high-fat foods (reduce chocolate, cake, and all fast food!)
  2. Reduce your overall caloric intake
  3. Drink more water, and of course opposed to sodas and beverages high in sugar
  4. Exercise consistently (adding daily walks and join the weight training program)
  5. Monitor your progress in a systematic way
  6. Eat more green vegetables (veggie, veggie and veggie!)
  7. Plan your meals (includes regular breakfast!)
  8. Appreciate yourself and your progress
