
You have to train your mind to ENJOY sticking to your plan. Whatever healthy plan you choose, it is likely that you are going to have to :
- Eat fewer high-sugar or high-fat foods (reduce chocolate, cake, and all fast food!)
- Reduce your overall caloric intake
- Drink more water, and of course opposed to sodas and beverages high in sugar
Exercise consistently (adding daily walks and join the weight training program) - Monitor your progress in a systematic way
- Eat more green vegetables (veggie, veggie and veggie!)
- Plan your meals (includes regular breakfast!)
- Appreciate yourself and your progress
