The Cabbage Soup Diet is a 7 day meal plan. It is not a long-term weight loss solution, but is known to be effective over the short term. Not all people how has been try this diet successively. This diet originally came from Sacred Hearts Hospital to stimulate weight loss for surgery patients. Cabbage Soup Diet cannot be verified and not recommended!

Advantages
  • Loosing weight quickly
  • The change from some of our normally junky eating habits can be beneficial.
  • This vegetable include cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower is preventing agent against cancer.
  • Many people say enjoy eating the soup.
Disadvantages
  • Cabbage Soup is bland and be prepared for gas…
  • Lacks good nutrition such protein, calcium, and essential fatty acids
  • High in salt or sodium (Monosodium Glutamate).
  • Not recommended for long term diet
Cabbage Soup Diet Plan

Day 1
Homemade cabbage soup + fruit.

Day 2
Homemade cabbage soup + vegetables.

Day 3
Homemade cabbage soup + fruits and vegetables or baked potato.

Day 4
Homemade cabbage soup + bananas or fat-free milk.

Day 5
Homemade cabbage soup + 6 tomatoes or upto 450 grams of meat or fish.

Day 6
Homemade cabbage soup + meat(beef) and vegetables.

Day 7
Homemade cabbage soup+ brown rice, pure fruit juice, and vegetables.
No bread, carbonated beverages, or alcohol!

Homemade Cabbage Soup Recipe
5 large green onions
2 green peppers
2 cans of tomatoes
1 bunch celery
1/2 head cabbage
1 package Onion Soup Mix
2 cubes bouillon
1 can babyt corn
1 48 oz. can V8
Juice
salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder
