Scientist suggests that eat no more than 20 grams of saturated fat, and that you limit the amount of trans fat to as close to 0 grams as possible.

Some fats can be beneficial to your overall health. These fat are polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. You can found them in fish, nuts, and low- or nonfat dairy products.
